WELCOME to APERIODIC 2012 - The 7th International Conference on Aperiodic Crystals, to be hosted in Cairns, Australia, September 2-7, 2012.
On behalf of the local organisers and the Commission on Aperiodic Crystals of the International Union of Crystallography (IUCr), I warmly invite you to Cairns in tropical far north Queensland (beautiful one day, perfect the next!) for what promises to be an exciting and stimulating scientific conference.

*Limited travel sponsorship (up to a maximum of A$800) is available for Young Scientists who wish to attend Aperiodic 2012 courtesy of the International Union of Crystallography. Young scientists from developing countries may be given preference in the distribution of the funds available. Young scientists for this purpose are defined as graduate students, post-graduate students or post-doctoral fellows with a maximum age of 30 (exceptionally 35). Now closed.
