Registrations are now open. To register, please download (from right) and fill in the registration form and return it to the conference secretariat. Please give the full name of any accompanying person in the section provided in the registration form.

The registration and accompanying person fees include accommodation, admission to all sessions, the welcome mixer and barbeque, the conference dinner, all breakfasts, morning and afternoon teas and lunches, and a copy of the conference abstracts.

Please complete the appropriate section of the registration form, and submit to the conference secretariat via email or FAX.
